Saint-Gobain Formula currently employs circa 230 people.  We operate in 8 countries and export to more than 80 countries.  As such, we are a very unique business.

Christophe Garcia, Sales Area Manager - Saint-Gobain Formula 

"I started in the laboratory of UCPI in 1990 managing Control and R&D of various metal casting products. After 6 years, I moved to managing the Sales Team for the Domestic Market with the Export Market being added 3 years later. UCPI was bought by SG Formula in 2006. I joined Formula as a Sales Area Manager and since then I have continued developing and taking further responsibilities of different markets/countries."

Professional Development

We employ people in many different functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Technical and we promote mobility both within the different departments/sites of Formula and within the wider Saint-Gobain community. 

 

Emma Hickman, Technical Development Manager - Saint-Gobain Formula

‘I have worked for Formula for 9 years and for Saint-Gobain for more than 12. I started as Technical Services and Quality Engineer at Formula. I then spent 3 years as Technical R&D Manager at Artex and returned to Formula as Technical Development Manager. Working for Formula is varied.  Autonomy is encouraged and opportunities exist to develop knowledge and skills."
