The United Nations Global Compact
By joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2003, Saint-Gobain confirmed its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility in line with its Principles of Conduct and Action.
In 2009, Saint-Gobain endorsed two documents related to the Global Compact:
Caring for Climate to fight against climate change,
CEO Water Mandate for Water Resource Protection as part of the UN’s Millennium Development Goals.


COP21 FR
Saint-Gobain was an official partner of the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21) which took place in Paris in 2015 to demonstrate our commitment to strong action to limit global warming and its own environmental impact.
EcoVadis Platinum Medal 2025
At Formula, one of our top priorities is Sustainability. In 2025, we were awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal in our sustainability survey, placing us within the top 1% of companies assessed by Ecovadis, a global leader in business sustainability ratings.
The evaluation focuses on four key areas : Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement
This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
